The location was fantastic and favourable, very close to the restaurant the brewery, urban neighbourhoods surrounded by motor ways and river and Swan Valley. I ate in the Michelin-starred restaurant nearby. The room was trendy, new-fashioned and included coffee and a sitting area. It was overlooking garden.
The staff - some of them were disappointing.

The location of the hotel was absolutely incredible - not very far from Gaol. The airport was 0.5 miles away. Greatly enjoyed the room with a great view, my bed was comfy.

Best staff, modern room, in general I loved this incredibly beautiful hotel. Booked the venue for its incredible location just next door to the BEST vineyards in the Swan Valley, and the Swan Valley. It also was in the nearby Homestead Brewery restaurant. A wide range of food for breakfast, everything was great.
The bed was a bit hard in this place.

Truly enjoyed a lounge and a balcony in the room. The location was stunning and good, the staff were superbly friendly. We dined at a nice nearby restaurant with Chinese dishes.

I had an amazing stay at Colony At Mandoon Estate. The location was perfect, set on the banks of the Swan river with beautiful vineyard views. The luxury apartments were separate from the main facilities, providing a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The nearby town of Guildford offered plenty of dining options and charming colonial landmarks. The dual-use walkway along the Swan river was a delight for nature lovers.
While there were a few minor issues during my stay, such as some noise traveling from neighboring apartments and a late check-in time, overall it did not significantly affect my experience.
